Upload plans & manage sheets
PDF plan sets and images, the sheets sidebar, and rotating a sheet.
Upload
- Open the project and use the upload control (or attach plans in the New project form when creating it).
- Multi-page PDFs become one sheet per page. Image files (PNG, JPG) become a sheet each.
- Upload progress is shown; large architectural sets can take a little while.
The sheets sidebar
Every sheet in the project is listed on the left with its page name. Click a sheet to open it. Sheets keep their own scale, rotation, and measurements.
Rotate a sheet
Use the Rotate button to turn the current sheet 90°. Rotation is saved with the sheet, and measurements stay in the sheet's original coordinates, so totals are unaffected.
Plan quality matters. Vector PDFs from the architect give the crispest lines and the most reliable automatic scale detection. Scanned plans work too — calibrate the scale manually if detection can't read them (see
Scale & calibration).
