How pricing cohorts work, the free period and trials, and what happens if a subscription lapses.
Every organization is placed in a cohort when it is created — one signup, one slot. Your cohort is shown in Settings → Organization.

There is no grace period: when a paid period lapses, access stops and the organization sees a resubscribe prompt. All projects and data stay intact while inactive. After 6 months of inactivity an organization is permanently deleted, with warning emails 30 days, 7 days, and 24 hours ahead — and a data download is offered before deletion.
